I wish that I could leave a wonderful review for this appointment. Dr. Qureshi is very knowledgeable and informative. The reason that I visited him was for my RIGHT shoulder. He explained what he was ordering for me to have imaged. Upon check out, I received the "work order" for the imaging and I was told that it was faxed over to MRI location that I asked for. Upon arriving home, I reviewed the order and found that the request was for my LEFT shoulder. Trying to contact Creekside using the phone number on the website is futile. I drove back to the office and pointed out the mistake and the staff member was nice enough to correct the mistake, sort of. She only corrected 1 of the 2 imaging requests (MRI/XRAY). Again I thanked her and headed home. Upon reviewing the request I noticed the mistake, and returned for the third time. Now I have to say that I SHOULD have been verifying the accuracy of the order before leaving, but we are supposed to trust the staff of a Doctors office. That being said, I returned and requested that she correct the information, and she assured me that it had been faxed over. I did not receive any verification of the order being received by the office that I requested, so I called them and discovered that the numbers that they had on file were no longer Valid and I decided to go to the imaging center and make the appointment in person. THAT was when it was brought to my attention that the order was now for 2 XRAYS. So I drove back to the Doctors office for the 4th time. This was at 3:30 PM and my initial appointment was at 9 AM. After explaining the dilemma, the staff finally presented the correct information MRI/XRAY of the RIGHT shoulder, and again I was told that it had been faxed over. I returned to the imaging center that I had initially requested and sat down with the scheduling representative. She had to call the Doctors office for additional information and explained to me that both numbers that they had on file for the location/fax number were outdated and not valid. As a side note, I have received 2 txts from 2 different locations, no where near my location to verify appointments. I have replied to both to cancel due to a "misunderstanding". In part, I do bear some of the responsibility for the issue as I did not double check the accuracy of the order after the first mistake. But I have to say that ACCURACY of a medical order should be correct from the start! essentially I spent an entire Day correcting other peoples mistakes and that to me is not acceptable...especially when it involves the wellness/well being of a persons health. I do not enjoy leaving less than favorable reviews but I feel that this matter should be addressed.
