Creekside Family Practice provides expert family medicine and primary care to members of the Cypress, Texas, community. Hammad Qureshi, MD provides a patient-centered, holistically-minded approach to health care. The practice advocates for you throughout your journey toward optimal health.
Dr. Qureshi doesn’t just treat your uncomfortable symptoms; he addresses the root cause of your condition in an effort to heal your mind, body, and spirit.
Dr. Qureshi emphasizes preventive care to all patients, identifying issues before they become problems and serving as a health coach to help patients achieve a superior state of well-being. With weekend and after-hours appointments available, the staff seeks to better serve all patients and improve access to care.
Offering comprehensive health services to adults and children, Creekside Family Practice welcomes anyone who needs immunizations, chronic disease management, mental health assessments, work or school exams, and minor ambulatory procedures. Dr. Qureshi is a Family Physician board certified by ABFM and has been serving the Galveston County area for the last 8 years at UTMB.
He served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UTMB where he trained medical students and Family Medicine residents over the years. While at UTMB he received Resident Teacher Award in 2016 and Faculty of the Year Award in 2017.
His passion lies in physical and mental wellness. He is an avid runner and competes in races throughout Texas having completed two marathons and a 70.3 Ironman. This passion has sparked a desire to educate and motivate his patients to lead a healthier lifestyle. His special interests include overall health, nutrition, chronic disease management, sports medicine and weight loss.
